From the Chairman’s Desk
It is my honor to share with you some of my thoughts and feelings about La Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France.
This knowledge and passion has been deeply embedded in my genes and molded me into the present self. I was appointed by French Headquarters of La Commanderie des Cordons Bleu de France as Chairman for China, Hong Kong and Macao from Feb 2016.
Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France does not focus solely on French cuisine, the spirit of the association appreciates all types of cuisine across the globe. From the available choices of produce, the culinary skills of individual chefs displaying thoughts in preparation, developing and cooking methods to plating dishes and service team operations are all essential and crucial for the dining experience.
Although we cannot produce the raw materials, over the years we have witnessed new dishes and methods presented to us proves that creativity from chefs are endless and we strive to continue this throughout our association. CCBF also provide services within the HORECA industry ranging from recruitment to hospitality training and sourcing of equipment.
I hope not only to continue the great work my father has done but to enhance and reciprocate this to potential new members and celebrate such a wonderful and meaningful passion that we both share.
I look forward to welcoming gourmands from all walks of life to come join us on this unique journey.
